Warmbier family speaks out after US-NK summit

The family of U.S. student Otto Warmbier, who died last year shortly after being returned from captivity in North Korea, are speaking out in response to a statement by President Trump who said he believed North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un did not know about the student's torture.
