OIC Secretary General Yousef bin Ahmed lauds Pakistan's role in organization

Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen has said Pakistan being founding member has an important and active role in the organization.

He was talking to Consul General of Pakistan Shehryar Akbar Khan in Jeddah.

He also commended the rich initiatives and proposals made by the Pakistani side at all meetings and reaffirmed the principled position of the OIC to support the Kashmiri people in their long struggle to realize their legitimate right to self-determination.

The Consul General of Pakistan, for his part, stressed his country's keenness to cooperate fully and constructively with the OIC and valued the OIC initiatives in all fields.
